I would like to thank you and your staff for the continued professional and timely service I have received from your team.
In recent months I have been to this shop quite a few times. Brakes, ignition, O2 sensors, & A/C to name a few. When my timing belt "malfunctioned", I knew immediately where to have it towed; your shop!When you find a good mechanic, you stay with them where ever they go. For me that is Jesse. He knows my truck, is well skilled and always present.
Please let Jesse know that I am grateful for his professionalism. He is a true asset to your shop and should always be treated as he treats your customers.
I am writing in regards to you, your staff and especially Jesse. As is so rare to meet people in business who are so honest. You showed me your honesty by suggesting I buy a gas cap, which is what I did. The second time there I met Jesse and he was so polite and professional and honest that between your honesty and Jesse's honesty is reflected in what type of an establishment you have.
Just a note to say thank you. Mr. Jessie took me on a test drive to explain to me how the car shift gear work at different speed. I am very happy I don't have to spend a lot of money at this time.

I am pleased to report that I was more than satisfied with the service provided on my car December 13th, 2012. Jesse Saved me hundreds of dollars when he revealed that the mechanics who serviced my car prior to AAMCO loosened necessary bolts around my hoses. This, along with a crack in my coolant reservoir tank was causing my car to overheat.
I wanted to give thanks to AAMCO, but most importantly, I wanted to give a special thanks to the technician, Jesse, who was truthful about my car problem(s). I was relieved to learn that I brought my car into an ethical establishment.
Joe at AAMCO was honestly a lifesaver. From the moment I brought my truck in, he kept it real with me—no runaround, no pressure, just straight-up honest communication. He took the time to explain what was going on with my transmission and made sure I understood my options. What stood out the most was how responsive and professional he was. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and didn’t leave me guessing. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and the quality of work being done. If you’re dealing with transmission issues or just need someone you can trust, ask for Joe. I’d definitely recommend him and will be coming back if I ever need anything again.
We were traveling and had a problem with our transmission. Stopped to have them check it out. No appointment. They got us in right away and diagnosed.and fixed the transmission and got us back on the road. Even helped us arrange for a rental car as the repairs took overnight. Very professional, kind and honest group of workers. Would definitely recommend them and would go back for other services if I am in the area.
